National Training Area Range Improvement Program - Works Package 15

The National Training Area and Ranges Improvement Program consists of building and maintenance works across 12 National regional areas. ITRs are being separately sought for some of these works packages. This works package does not have an ITR stage. Each works package addresses maintenance requirements at Defence training sites to reduce ongoing maintenance costs.

Package No. 15 – Port Augusta is to refurbish established buildings, laundry and ablution facilities as well as roads, fencing and electrical infrastructure at Cultana Training Area. A more detailed description of the works is included in Annexure 3 – Design Documents.

The preferred Tenderer will be engaged under the Medium Works Contract and accordingly the preferred Tenderer will be capable of managing the construction of the entire scope of works for this project.
