Description
This project involves the following internal building upgrade within Russell R8 Building:
• Replacement of the existing fire detection control indicating equipment (FDCIE, i.e., fire panel) and associated dry fire services devices.
• Replacement of internal perimeter blinds on designated floors of the building. Replacement will include blockout and sheer roller blinds.
• Remediation of non-compliances associated with the prevention of contaminated local stormwater. Proposed remediation strategies include the construction of bunding around the existing stormwater drain or the re-configuration of the existing stormwater drain to high-level.
