The external works include roof, guttering and stormwater drainage works, door, window and cladding replacement . Internal works involve painting, floor coverings, electrical and plumbing works, Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), fire services, security services, refurbish internal ablutions and kitchen area.
