Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of Central Institute of Technology is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with recent experience in the Routine maintenance of Mechanical services and associated works to undertake the maintenance servicing at seven (7) sites in the Northbridge precinct and three (3) Metropolitan campus’s as outlined and in accordance with the specifications provided.

There will a mandatory site visit
Wednesday 19 June 2013 @ 08.00hrs

Building1, 25 Aberdeen St, Northbridge, Level 2 Student Services

Contractors must attend site meeting for their tender submission to be conforming the compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.

Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.

Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
