Transport & Installation of Principal Owned Buildings - Clipsal 500 Adelaide

Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified organisations for the purpose of providing services to install and remove Principal Owned Buildings on behalf of the South Australian Motor Sport Board for the Clipsal 500 Adelaide 2016 and 2017 Events, subject to satisfactory performance.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following;

• Transportation of all the contracted Principal owned portable buildings, toilets and associated items to and from the storage yard;
• Crane installation and removal of the Principal Owned portable buildings and toilets;
• Installation, maintenance and removal of all timber landings and steps, inclusive of levelling of all Principal portable buildings and toilets;
• Placement of all concrete and timber blocks and chocks used to provide levelling o buildings and toilets above ground;
• Splice and install flashings infill and gap fill the Principal portable building complexes;
• Provide on-site safety in accordance with the site safety polices during the install and dismantle stages; and
• Provide a written report on the condition of all portable buildings and toilets to the Superintendent at the completion of dismantling and return to storage.

A comprehensive Scope of Works will be provided to the applicants chosen to proceed to the tendering stage
