Description
The Road Reseal Program is an integral element in managing Council's road network [system. This program requires preparatory works such as tree pruning, kerb repairs and plane and reinstatement (P&R) . The P&R is the removal (profile) of failed bitumen areas and reinstate with new asphalt material.
