Kangaroo Island Airport Upgrade - Terminal Upgrade

The project consists of airside and landside works in connection to a complete upgrade to the existing airport. The project will be delivered via two separate packages, however integration between the two packages will be integral to the success of the project and this will need to be considered by the consultants as a primary responsibility.

The packages are as follows:-

• Package A – Runway extension and overlay and associated airside works (airside is due to be issued Monday 30th November 2015)
• Package B – Terminal Upgrade and associated landside works (QS & PM is due to be issued Wednesday 2nd December 2015)

This Request for Proposal is for Package B only, a separate Request for Proposal will be issued for engineering works in connection to work package A. Should a proponent wish to submit a fee for both work packages separate proposals must be issued, but these can reference each other. Any discounts or incentives in connection with the award of both packages must be clearly outlined in the fee section.
