Description
The Forest Products Commission (FPC) is currently transitioning sandalwood activities from a traditional sales arrangement to on-line branding, marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) that is supported by the FPC’s personnel and agents.
The purpose of this Request is to procure a cloud hosted online Solution which will comprise of:
- an off-the-shelf, e-commerce portal with the primary goal of facilitating Sandalwood sales and customer support. The portal will become a central repository of information about order status, documents and tracking; and
- a basic website to promote the Wild Sandalwood brand.
Ideally, the new online Solution will need to be ready to receive orders from 31 July 2020.
