Description
Registrations of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of maintenance services to clients of Building Maintenance Services - Country - Western Area Office. The Services required are as follows: Carpentry - Joinery, Floor Coverings, Electrical, Electronics, Gas fitting, Glazing, Air- Conditioning, Painting, Pest Control, Plumbing, Gardening. The scope of work includes all emergency maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and logged maintenance up to $2,000 per job in the designated trades. NO REGISTRATION WILL NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED.
