Provision of information management and technology strategic planning services

Tenders for Information Management and Technology Strategic Planning Services SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) invites proposals from experienced organisations capable of providing information management and technology strategic planning services. Our organisation SAAS is an incorporated association that works closely with the State Government to provide high-quality prehospital emergency care and transportation of patients. Our requirements SAAS requires professional services to assist in the development of an Information Management & Technology (IM&T) Strategic Plan covering the next four years. The objective of the IM&T Strategic Plan is to facilitate the efficient and effective provision of information systems to SAAS’s administrative and operational services so that they can best serve the community. In particular, we expect that the successful Contractor will undertake an initial gap analysis and develop an appropriate IM&T strategic plan based on identified gaps. We expect that the successful Contractor’s role will include:  analysing the current situation  reviewing and developing information models  recommending appropriate new systems  developing a corporate information architectural model  developing change management and knowledge management frameworks. Organisations must propose a methodology that is consistent with sound strategic planning principles and considers whole-of-government strategies.
