STRATHMONT AGED CARE FACILITY

The work consists of the construction of a 50 bed Aged Care Facility at Dumphries Avenue Northfield, comprising five houses each containing 10 bedrooms with communal facilities including living, kitchen, assisted bath, WC##s etc with a building area of approximately 2,900m2. Construction comprises concrete slab on piles, brick veneer and lightweight framed walls, timber trussed roofs with sheet metal roof cladding. Supply, installation and commissioning of new services and equipment including electrical supply and fitout, gas supply and reticulation, supply and installation of new mechanical equipment, landscaping and civil works. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 1 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
