Street Sweeping Services

• 1. The Rural City of Murray Bridge (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of sweeping of Councils Sealed Road Network (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer
  2. The services to be provided under the street sweeping contract include:
     • street sweeping in accordance with a regular street sweeping program
     • street sweeping following special events
     • reactive street sweeping for special requirements and
     • 24 hour / 7 day per week call out response to emergencies
     • The Contract shall be a lump sum with schedule rates for any contract variations.
     • The price shall not make allowance for contingencies and may be subject to
     • adjustment for approved Variations based on the Schedule of Unit Prices.

3.The contract will be for a term of one (1) year with a right of renewal of one (1) year, subject to satisfactory performance.
