MANDATORY SITE VISIT
A mandatory site inspection and / or tender briefing will be held on Friday 31/01/2014 at 10.30am. The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender. To confirm attendance at this briefing, you must contact:. Steven Smyth at CHRISTOU Design Group Failure to attend the tender briefing will result in the tenderer being ineligible for further consideration. A register of attendees will be maintained for the mandatory site inspection and tender briefing. The legal entity tendering must be specifically registered on the register of attendees in order for an offer to be considered valid from that entity.
When visiting the school tenderers and all of their representatives shall report to the school administration building and access will or will not be granted by the school principal in accordance with the access requirements covered by subclause 2.29.4 - Restrictions on Access.
