Routine Maintenance of Mechanical Services

Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Fire and Emergency Services is seeking tenders from suitable experienced Mechanical Services Companies to undertake the routine maintenance of mechanical services plant and equipment, in accordance with the tender documents provided.

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am on Tuesday July 16 2013 at Success Fire Station at 385 Hammond Road Success. This will be followed by an inspection at the Fire and Emergency Services Complex at 20 Stockton Bend, Cockburn.

The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.

Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.

Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
