Description
The work is located at the Eastern Fleurieu R-7 School (formerly Strathalbyn High School ). The upgrade comprises internal upgrade and alterations to the layout and facilities of the existing single storey library, with some external additions, to allow combined school and community use. Construction incorporates external siteworks, concreting, brickwork, plumbing, electrical/electroninc, mechanical, joinery, carpeting and painting. The library will remain in use during the works. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Builders Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
