Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake electrical Upgrade at Shelley Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to: Removal and disposal of redundant services (Switchboards and existing submains cabling and conduit system)Coordination with Western Power for disconnect and reconnectLiaison, application and payment for Western Power disconnect and reconnect for Site Main Switchboard worksExisting Site Main Switchboard circuit breaker addition and modification including coring of concrete plinth for new conduits entryReplace existing B Block Building Main Switchboard with newSubmains and EarthingConduit and pit systems including trenching and/or boring and surface re-instatementReconnection of existing circuits ? contractor to audit on siteRelabeling of existing circuits (IPA markers) ? switches, sockets, equipmentTemporary power supply (generator hire for security services and Western Power disconnect/reconnect as required)Testing and commissioning ; As-constructed drawings
