The Department of Communities (Communities) has a critical strategic initiative to develop the leadership and management capability across the Department of Communities. This initiative aligns with Communities? Strategic Direction Statement and the recommendations of the Agency Capability Review. These objectives are extensive and will require a large transformation in the development of Communities? human resource capability. To successfully meet this initiative, Communities requires access to professional human resource expertise who can provide best practice research, insights and consultancy services across a range of functions.
