Description
Council is seeking expressions of interest from agents to undertake the marketing for the sale of the remaining allotments within the Whyalla Industrial Estate and other land parcels in the city, specifically capitalising upon the imminent announcement of the Olympic Dam expansion project by BHP Billiton.
The Whyalla Industrial Estate is located on a 140 hectare site, 2kms to the north of the City of Whyalla adjacent to the OneSteel Whyalla steelworks.
