Review of the 'Electricity Networks Access Code 2004'

The successful Respondent will examine and report on high level benefits, costs and risks of transitioning WA’s South West Interconnected System (SWIS) to an appropriate constrained access model. Sufficient detail is required to justify (or otherwise) expenditure on a full feasibility study.
