Cape Conran Accomodation

Parks Victoria is commencing the rollout of a new accommodation offering at its parks throughout the state.

The units, identified in this tender request, are located at Cape Conran Coastal Reserve, East Gippsland, and are the first of the state wide accommodation project.

The proposal seeks to:
- replace accommodation units that were lost in the 2020 bushfires;
- establish additional units; and
- may be extended to replace a number of units that survived the fires.

Accommodation Delivery Program

Tenderers are to note that whilst 30th November is Parks Victoria’s preferred completion date for Stage 1, tenderers are required to provide a detailed program with their response and highlight any procurement or delivery issues that may impact the Parks Victoria’s preferred timelines. If there are reasons that 30th November cannot be achieved for Stage 1 this should be highlighted in the tender response for Parks Victoria’s consideration.
