Description
The acquisition and development (tailored to Rural Solutions SA requirements) of a proprietary, business-centric, consultancy management information system (CMIS) that incorporates project and customer relationship management processes and functionality, and will support business performance and growth.
The system will have state-wide accessibility capability that can be interfaced with Primary Industries and Resources SA (PIRSA) corporate information systems. It will allow flexible, user-friendly manipulation (acquisition, storage, collation, analyses and application) of data/information to report on various aspects of Rural Solutions SA business performance.
The system will provide Rural Solutions SA with the capability to gauge its effective performance in the areas of project management, customer relationship management, financial management, human resource management (inc. timesheet system), document management, intellectual property management and innovation activities.
