The Living Murray Condition Monitoring 2021–22

The Living Murray (TLM) Initiative is one of Australia’s most significant river restoration programs.

The Living Murray aims to improve the environmental health of six icon sites, chosen for their significant ecological, cultural, recreational, heritage and economic values. The Mallee CMA is the Icon Site Manager for two of these sites; Hattah Lakes and Lindsay, Mulcra and Wallpolla Islands (part of the larger Chowilla-Lindsay-Wallpolla icon site).

The key deliverable of this project is to produce the TLM condition monitoring report for each of the program components, for each icon site for the 2021-22 financial year. In order to complete the report, this project will require a suitable contractor/s to undertake extensive field data sampling and data collection, analysis of data and overall management of the project. Field work sampling and data analysis needs to follow the condition monitoring plans for the two icon sites (as per the Condition Monitoring Plans for Hattah Lakes and LMW; MCMA 2021a & b).
