Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) is a statutory body whose role is to oversee all harness racing activity in Victoria.

Our mission is to deliver the most sought-after and accessible harness racing that produces financial sustainability, ensures clubs are the heart of their communities and provides equal opportunities for all participants to compete. Our vision is to be globally recognised as the home of harness racing in Australia, creating innovative racing and events that are underpinned by our commitment to the highest standard of welfare and integrity across the industry

We also operate a racetrack, accommodation and entertainment complex known as Tabcorp Park. This facility encompasses racing, a 41 room 4-star hotel accommodation, functions, conferences, bars and gaming situated in Melton.

Harness Racing Victoria is looking to upgrade its current on-premises based finance and Human Resource Information systems (HRIS) which incorporate electronic and manual processes; to a cloud based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. An integrated overall solution is sought that will provide synergies across multiple functionality and departments in a contemporary self-service system environment.

The new systems will be required to cater for multiple entities including Harness Racing Victoria, Tabcorp Park (hospitality, gaming, functions and 4 star accommodation venue) and an expanding number of Harness Racing Clubs across the Victorian regional network under a Shared Service operation that HRV offer.
