ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS

The scope of the work includes:
·Demolition and refurbishment of the existing Library and Community Hall including kitchen and toilets
·New construction incorporating precast concrete, steel structural frame and brick veneer framing of approximately 220 square metres including new foyer and meeting rooms and storage rooms
