Description
Capital works completed at the Australian Parliament House (APH) must respond to the changing needs of the Parliament and ensure the effective stewardship of the historically significant building.
DPS has divided its Capital Works Program into a period of 5 Financial Years for the following Tranches:
a. Tranche I – Minor Works
b. Tranche II – Major Works
c. Tranche III – Electrical Works
d. Tranche IV- In Ceiling Services and
e. Tranche V – Security Capability Uplift.
In order to achieve these objectives, DPS now seeks to engage multiple Contractors that are capable of delivering capital works projects, with each Tranche ideally delivered by a single Managing Contractor.
