PMF, 1:500 API, 1:200 API & 1:100 API levels and determine impact on preferred crossing location n5.tProvide analysis and cost benefit of withstanding different flood events.n6.tProvide advice and scope on required testing (Geotech/environmental)n7.tprovide advice and scoping of enabling works for structural elements to enable the connection across the river.n8.tprepare a technical reference design in accordance with all relevant standards and codes for a base bridge connection (which will be subject to a design competition at later stages)n
