QLD Department Of Education, Training and Employment
Provision of a Departmental Online Collection and Survey System (DOCSS)
Details
Description
Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Education and Training) to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer No. DET 80570 for the provision an online survey and data collection tool as specified in Part B - GITC Contract Details document.
DET is establishing a Contract for the provision of an online survey and data collection tool to meet the current business needs more efficiently whilst adding flexibility and sustainability to the suite of survey and data collection tools used by Strategy and Performance (SP) Branch and made available to all staff (approximately 90,000) in the Department as a whole.
With the procurement of a new solution, the ECP&CS Team are seeking to improve the focus of their role in order to minimise product support and increase activities dedicated to providing expertise with respect to survey and data collection design, deployment, validation, analysis and reporting
It is essential that the future solution is capable of delivering all departmental surveys at least as effectively and efficiently as the legacy systems.
The future solution is expected to also be utilised to deliver the Queensland Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Services Census in 2018.
