Noosa District State High School Planned Maintenance and Shade Structure

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Planned
Maintenance and Shade Structure Project at Noosa District State High School (Cooroy Campus), located at Tulip St, Cooroy
QLD 4563.

The works includes new Aluminium Glazing to H Block, new louvres to the Hall and a new Shade Structure. The position of
the buildings is in the centre of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 10
July 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
 Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
 Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
