Burnett Heads Boat Ramp Resurfacing 2016

The Queensland Government is seeking tenders to undertake the resurfacing works to the Burnett Heads boat ramp.

The main items of work include:

1. Site establishment including fenced site compound;
2. Installation of environmental management controls in accordance with the EMP;
3. Fabrication of precast concrete boat ramp planks;
4. Demolish existing reinforced concrete boat ramp slabs and undertake earthworks to prepare subgrade for construction of boat ramp;
5. Treat excavated material for acid sulphate as required;
6. Construction of boat ramp in accordance with drawings and this specification;
7. Remove and dispose existing toe planks (5 total);
8. Prepare surface and install Principal supplied OS3500 planks (5 total) and Principal supplied terminator planks (5 total); and,
9. Conduct as-constructed survey and prepare as-constructed drawings.
