Central Queensland Clinton State School SIE Block G Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the refurbishment of Block G at Clinton State School, located at Harvey Road, Clinton QLD 4680 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The work includes refurbishment of Block G, including demolition of existing of two external shade sails, internal ceilings, fittings, finishes, lighting, fans etc within 4 classrooms and refurbishment with all new finishes, joinery, fittings and equipment, as well as construction of two new insulated shade structures. All works to be completed by the 21 January 2021

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
