Rosewood State High School New Manual Arts and Agricultural Shed

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new Agricultural Shed at Rosewood State High School, located at 46 Lanefield Road, Rosewood QLD 4340 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP).

The new building is single storey, consisting mainly of metal sheeted exterior with several roller doors and provisions for numerous manual arts equipment including: saws, guillotines, lathes, welding bays, compressed air systems, mechanical ventilation systems and a drill press. All works are to be completed by August 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
