Thangool State School SIE Administration Flood Mitigation Design and Construct

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the administration building flood mitigation project at Thangool State School, located at Aerodrome Rd, Thangool QLD 4716 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The project consists of providing temporary facilities to house the administration staff during the works, demolition of the existing entry walkway, raising the highset building and then constructing a new covered disability compliant ramp and stairs up to the building. The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by the end of January 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
