Description
A Detailed Business Case has been developed for the project and a significant body of work has been done to scope the requirements (see Schematic Design report attached for details of design work complete to date).
The high-level scope includes construction of a new multistorey carpark to provide no less than 1,503 additional spaces. The new carpark is to be integrated to the existing multistorey carpark and include end of trip facilities. Works to existing carparking areas on the campus (on grade and existing multistorey) including integrated technology and internal roadways is also required.
The project will be delivered as a ‘Design Finalisation and Construct’ tendered under an AS4300 contract with the design team staying on the client side to provide services throughout the whole project lifecycle.
