Learning Management System

Queensland Hydro (the Customer) requires a Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure mandatory modules and training are completed by customer staff and contractors to remain compliant against government and industry standards and compliance requirements.

The Customer requires an end-to-end project configuration and implementation approach driven by the supplier, which includes the delivery of service and support components.
The LMS will be an enterprise level, web-based software system designed to manage and deliver mandatory training modules to Customer’s staff and contractors in compliance with government and industry standards.

The scope of this procurement will include but is not limited to:

• Configuration workshops to ensure the LMS meets Customer’s training and development requirements;
• Delivery of onboarding, set-up, implementation services and administrator training;
• Provision of ongoing technical support and maintenance, including roll-out of updates and patches to keep the software up-to-date and effective; and
• Customised course creation and access to developed industry course materials to ensure the LMS provides relevant and up-to-date training content.
