The purpose of this Invitation to Offer is to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the development of Mobile Applications for the iOS (Apple) and/or Windows Phone platforms.
The SOA will cover the development and support of Mobile Applications for the iOS (Apple) and /or Windows Phone platforms, along with provision of Mobile Application Assets and other related services.
