Description
making safer accommodation choices that meet their needs; reducing offending behaviour; improving capability and capacity to participate in positive and productive decision making and planning processes that impact their life circumstance; increasing relational sa(ety with individuals in the broader community or with family; increasing capacity to access a range of informal and/or formal supports as needed; engaging in meaningful learning, and better prepared for job; readiness through further education or employment, and recognising the harm their actions do to themselves and those around them. A 'Delivering Youth Justice' service in North and South of Tasmania which is delivered under Services for Children and Families (SCF) Youth Justice and Young People at Risk Intervention and Support Capability. The primary focus of services under this Capability is to adolescents that are self-determining and transitioning to adult decision-making capabilities:
