Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for lift installation works to Clontarf Beach State High School, located on Elizabeth Avenue Clontarf; and Humpybong State School located on Ernest St, Margate. In general, the works comprise of 2 (two) new external lift shafts and cars to connect to the existing buildings servicing ground and first floor levels (i.e. one lift at each school). This includes:
- Services and geotechnical investigation.
- Excavation for lift well and footings.
- Masonary lift shaft with cladding.
- Installation of lift cars.
- 1 section of covered walkway.
