The Tax Office intends to establish a panel of suitably qualified and experienced legal service providers to supply Tax Technical Litigation and Tax Legal Advice Services under a standing offer arrangement for a period of three years with two, one year extension options in favour of the Tax Office. Tender may be lodged for provision of either: Tax TechnicalLitigation and Tax Legal Advice Services; or for Tax Technical Litigation Services only.Tenders may be lodged on the basis of providing the Services from one or more jurisdictions.
