Department of Education / Agreement for the Provision of Services in The Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) - TN-PROP-16-805

The Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) provides eligible migrants with the opportunity to access English language classes across NSW. The program includes the provision of suitable childcare (The Services) for the students, free of charge. The Provider of the Services will provide childcare support services in 11 regions across NSW to support students of the AMEP, who are parents of under school age children. The Provider will ensure the following when providing these services. The Services: Will meet the needs of the AMEP students; will be culturally appropriate; must be provided within 30 days of a completed AMEP student commencement procedure; will be available at the commencement of classes; will be available from at least 8am to 6pm; and will be compliant and remain compliant with relevant national, state and territory childcare legislation or guidelines.
