Project Variation to RFQ 1000965 The multi-phased PoC was conducted to help establish and test a long-term scalable solution for expansion, update, maintenance and hosting of the legacy UFM tool of the Department. The initial Proof of Concept (PoC) phase is nearing completion. In line with the satisfactory PoC, the Department intends to use the tool long term and expand its functionality to include greenfield areas. Further developments have been identified and hosting obligations require a payment of a monthly fee for the on-going use of the tool.
