Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the replacement of asbestos cable pitts at Lynwood Senior High School. The Work includes but is not limited to: Remove and Replace ACM Cable pits.Hygienist has been engaged by PFM for clearance inspections only.Contractor to lock in ACM RemovalistPlease note electrical disconnections required. Riser allowance as optional cost, client is aware this cannot be confirmed until the pit lids are opened and pit inspected.19 pits to be removed and 3 pits by the ramp to be priced as optional.
