Heat Pump Water Heater Market Impact Study to evaluate the state of the residential and commercial heat pump water heater market in NSW, and assess the contributions and effects of the NSW Energy Security Safeguard (or Safeguard) on the uptake of heat pumps. This project is intended to contribute to the development of Safeguard scheme design and delivery. The Safeguard provides market-based financial incentives to drive the uptake of energy efficiency and peak demand reduction in the NSW economy.
