Scope of works includes but is not limited to: Removal of existing gas fired boiler, redundant heating water pipework, fan coil units, heating ventilation system and evaporative cooling systems and the provision of new airconditioning / heating systems to Learning Areas 1 – 8, Common Workroom, Gymnasium and Pool Hall.
