Description
The Works comprise of removal of existing roof tiles and replacing with new metal deck roofing & insulation, removal of damaged timber windows and replacement with new aluminium framed windows, removal of asbestos soffits & eaves linings and replacement with new fibre cement sheeting, and miscellaneous drainage works, and such other work as shown on the drawings or included in the specification.
Note:
The works are to be performed over the Christmas school holidays (especially the asbestos removal, where no-one is to be on-site) for completion prior to commencement of Term 1 2013.
