The Department of Indigenous Affairs (DIA) wishes to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Respondent to undertake a consultative review of Aboriginal Community Patrols in Western Australia, assess the effectiveness, efficiency and appropriateness of the Patrols in achieving the outcomes sought by State Government from Patrols, provide advice on processes for procuring and managing Patrol services and for evaluating proposals for new Patrol services and provide an assessment of the value for money obtained from the State Government’s current investments in Patrols.
