PARS 20134 - Sellicks Beach Growth Area - Air Quality Assessment

Department for Housing and Urban Development (previously known as Department for Trade and Investment) is seeking consultancy services for the above project. The aim of this project is to undertake necessary investigations to prepare an Air Quality Assessment for the proposed future development at the Sellicks Beach Growth Area (SBGA).

Housing, Infrastructure, Planning and Development Unit (HIPDU) requests a return brief from the prospective Consultant outlining their preferred approach to undertake the assessment with consideration of the information within this document.

The return brief should include (as a minimum):

• Understanding of the task

• Relevant experience

• Methodology

• Project timing

• Budget (including cost breakdown for items, roles and responsibilities of the team members, assumptions and hourly rates)

• Proposed payment schedule.
