Description
Defence is seeking a Head Contractor for construction of the N2262-1 SEA1654 Phase 3 Maritime Operational Support Capability – Sydney Facility Works project, located at Randwick Barracks and Garden Island Defence Precinct. The scope includes the construction of the following facilities;
- a Training Centre (TC) and Through Life Support Facility (TLSF) at Randwick Barracks as an extension to the existing Navy Training Systems Centre – Randwick.
- minor internal refurbishment of Building 122 at Garden Island Defence Precinct (GIDP).
