Managing Contract for the Maintenance of Built Assets, Infrastructure and Other Services

The managing contractor will perform all management functions, implement systems and plans, coordinate services, reporting, and all other activities associated with the management of the maintenance and capital works. The management services to be provided under the managing contract are categorised as follows:

d) Maintenance management

e) Sustainability management

f) Financial management

g) Reporting

h) Helpdesk services

i) Compliance management

j) Management systems and plans

k) Transition-in

l) Other Service detailed in the ATM documents
