National Building & Property Repairs & Maint

ASQA is seeking to establish a National Building Repairs and Maintenance Services arrangement with a tenderer who must have sufficient suitably skilled and/or qualified contractors in each state and territories as listed at A.A.3 (d) to provide building repairs and maintenance services as is typically required in commercial property leased arrangements.

The ASQA property portfolio is managed by the Property, Procurement and Services team located in the ASQA Canberra office. Property, Procurement and Services are responsible for all property related matters including repairs and maintenance services at the ASQA leased offices. Each ASQA state office is responsible for reporting repairs and maintenance and to manage site access.
