Description
The Commonwealth of Australia (Commonwealth) represented by the Australian Bureau of Statistics is seeking submissions for the sourcing of a 2021 Census temporary workforce.
The scope of the Services sought includes working collaboratively with ABS across the five Phases of the 2021 Census to:
- Manage the Attraction, Referral Management, Candidate Management, Talent Pool Management, Candidate Assessment for an estimated19,000 Census Resources in Urban and Regional Catchment Areas of Australia
- Manage, as requested by the ABS, the Pre-employment Screening and Employment Contract Management for an estimated 30,000 Census Resources across all parts of Australia
- Reporting and analytics on a range of candidate metrics and management information.
